Thank you for inquiring into our young adult transitions program. We hope by now you have had a chance to review our website and learn a bit about who we are and what we do. The next step in the admissions process will be to schedule a conference call with our Clinical Intake Manager to discuss specifics about our program and the client’s goals, strengths and challenges. If after this call all parties are in agreement that our program is a good match for the client, we will request that, if you haven’t done so already, you complete the Application for Enrollment and return it to us as soon as possible. Following our receipt of the application and completion of the conference call, we will contact you to book a date for the client to tour our program in Boulder*.
During the tour, we will have an opportunity to meet directly with the client, and you will get a chance to meet us personally and get a feel for who we are and become acquainted with Boulder. Following the tour, if both parties are in agreement that admission into our program would be beneficial to the client, we will set a date for enrollment and will work closely with the family and the client to make the transition to Boulder as seamless as possible.
*Tour fee is refundable upon enrollment into our program.
